Is it halal for a Malay music artist to be sponsored by Hennessy?

discuss|||It's not halal, of course, just like drinking alcohol, engaging in pre-marital sex, making obscene jokes, taking bribes, giving bribes, gambling on the stock market, stealing, buying stolen goods, cheating, fitnah ... which are all haram too. Poor Mizz Nyna. Most of those who denounce her for singing at Arthur's Day have no right to talk about being halal.|||The direction our country intends to move is by practising moderation and not extremism. Our ex PM Pak La once said, moderation is the way to go when approaching religion. If anyone thinks otherwise than its as good as a Taliban administration.

|||If this Malay is a Muslim (they have to), then it is haram. I'm not a Muslim. Even then, I totally disagree with the sponsoring. It suggests the artist's fans to consume Hennessy as an indirect way to show support for the artist. Strong alcoholic drinks are very unhealthy regardless of whether it is taken by a Muslim or a non-Muslim. If the artist is sponsored by fruit drinks, then okay.|||ok..malays are usually Muslims...

so my logic answer based on my basic knowledge about Islam, the answer is NON-Halal...

Clearly, hennessy's business is all about liquor....

u'r talking about MizzNina huh? hmm...

you know...'urbanization'!|||Haha! the third word, if you switch the fourth a and the last l you have my name! :)|||Charlie, only if PAS wins the next GE
