It is 40% alcohol by volume, or 80 proof, just as potent as most vodkas, tequilas, rums, etc.
If you are 21 or over, it's perfectly legal to purchase and drink...which I gather you're not. If you drink it, you will probably become intoxicated. Just don't overdo it.
http://www.hennessy.com|||It's OK to drink Hennessy. Those mixers are bad for you, though, and ruin the taste. Sip it slowly, neat, and from a snifter, warmed by your hand. See if that isn't better.
